Griefing bans now reset back to 14 days before they've even expired? The griefing ban system is broken.

I primarily play faceit. Actually, I can only play faceit because of the griefing bans. I don't grief, I always play to win. Nothing I do is griefing. However, I've received griefing bans, and every time I get a griefing ban it goes up in length. All I have to do is play matches for a full day, and by the end of it I will always have a griefing ban.

You can get a griefing ban while playing faceit. Fortunately, griefing bans don't prevent you from playing faceit.

I noticed today that my 8 day griefing ban had reset to 14 days, which is the max I think. I've never seen a griefing ban reset before the current one has expired. Not that it really matters for me - I could never play matchmaking due to the griefing bans.

This griefing ban system is broken. I have an account with thousands of hours of play time and thousands of dollars of skins, and I can't even play matchmaking.

"just don't grief" you might say. But like I said, I DON'T. I played thousands of hours on this account without getting griefing bans, not even once. Then, one day, probably a year or two ago, I got my first griefing ban. It never stopped after that. The ban lengths increased and increased. I had to switch to faceit exclusively.

I'm sure it's very easy to marginalize someone like me. If I have a griefing ban, I must be a bad person, right? If I'm accused of something, I must be guilty right? You don't suffer from this broken system, so it's not a problem, right?

I just want to play premiere with everyone else, that's all...
