What is missing from the CrossFit fitness space? Gym specific? Online? What is the fitness industry as a whole missing?
At this point in time, it seems like the answer to any question whether it is CrossFit specific or generalist is answered in some way or another online. Or is that not the case?
- If that isn't the case for you, what, in your opinion, isn't being answered?
- Do you see any vacuums in the online CrossFit space? Any vacuums in the general fitness space? Things that just aren't being discussed? Or they are being discussed but not rigorously enough?
- Is there something you feel you are lacking from your day to day experience at your CrossFit gym? Before you started CrossFit, what were you lacking in your "standard" gym?
I am asking this because I've been doing CrossFit and have been part of a number of gyms for so long that I don't know what it is like to feel "new" to this world again. I am also asking for those folks who have been in the world for a long time what they feel like they are missing. We all want each other to have the best possible experience within the gym and outside of the gym as it relates to our health/fitness and I'd like to know what we can do as a community to change that for the better.
