losing motivation
i love crossfit ive been doing it on and off for a few years. the only class im able to attend with my schedule is the 5:15am which means i need to get up around 4 to get ready and get there with a little bit of time to stretch and stuff. i signed up for a competition in april next year and really really want to put the most effort in and get stronger for this comp. i want to be good at this sport.
my problem is getting up in the morning. at night, i go to bed really early and feel excited to get up and work on my fitness. but when my alarm goes off i wake up, talk myself out of it with some bs excuse, cancel my class, and go back to sleep. then i regret it for the rest of the day. i still go to some classes, maybe 3-4 a week at this point but i want to be going 5-6 times and maybe even doing some runs as well.
any words of advice? anything else besides putting my phone across the room so im forced to stand up to turn my alarm off? ive tried that a few times and i just turn it off and crawl back in bed....
