Chronic tachycardia and feeling faint following covid.

I (22m) caught covid around 3-4 months ago and have been experiencing extreme difficulties ever since. For the first week after first catching it I was completely bed ridden and I felt as if I was on the verge of passing out, after the initial recovery I felt relatively okay for a short amount of time before I noticed I returned right back to feeling extremely exhausted and unable to exert myself much.

Ever since then I have been essentially crippled by my symptoms, I constantly feel as if my heart is beating very fast and too hard, and I feel dizzy and lightheaded as if I was turned upside down and blood was rushing to my head almost every hour of the day. I've gone to the ER and they said my heart was perfectly fine though I sincerely feel as if I'm just slowly dying. I'm scheduled to see more doctors throughout this and next year but I really need relief as soon as possible, I've tried many things including a beta blocker, anti histamines, ppis, but nothing really seems to be helping my two major symptoms.

Am I alone in this? Has anyone found themselves in my shoes and found something that has seriously helped them?
