Money Laundering is taking illegal money, and "washing," it by mixing it in with legal money to make it all look from the same source/sources.

Embezzlement is doing what our governments are doing: Taking legal money that was entrusted to them to use on our behalf, and using it for their own personal advancement and agendas.
