Layoffs by algorithm?

Just a thought i had after reading about Trumps layoffs. Elon suggested firing 2 million federal employees and this trend looks to continue. What if the employees targeted for layoffs are being vetted by going through their Twitter profiles (even DM's) and other online presence. Musk has access to everyone who uses the platforms most personal info, and now with other data DOGE has gained (social security numbers tied to payments) they can then use this info to build a profile on literally everyone. They now set their ai to determine who is left leaning vs who are yes men, and then voila the layoff letters are out the door. Just a thought but, it seems like a powerful system for removing any sense of balance in our government.
