Hello guys

I cloned my os from ssd to nvme and went into the bios to change my boot option. So here is the problem, when i choose nvme as the 1st priority it doesnt boot up but when i switch to windows boot manager (nvme) it boots up. Are this boot the same? If not then please help me out
