Shoould I be worried? Pls help

Good day,

I installed VB-Cable and restarted then this issue..

Was it a hardware issue or a VB cable bug related?

I booted into safe mode, shut down properly, and then the PC rebooted normally

I am just worried this may happen again

The 1st photo is not mine, but similar to that was my screen yesterday- my PC hangs while showing the boot screen then shows checkers

2nd is the BSOD error after 3 reboot tries
