Anyone Got Info?

Hey Everyone! So I have had this collection of 800-1,000 comics and such and I am just now about to really start cataloging!

And I am set on how to do a majority of this collection but these personalized sketches and such are very confusing to me!

So let’s start off with this one!

What I have learned: - This is HawkGirl - This was done in 1994 - Willie L. Peppers, penciled many comics

Anyone got anymore info on this? It can be anything, let’s just kinda keep it non hateful ^{^}
