Fake Stan Lee Hologram?

I love me some great Stan Lee or any great artist for marvel/DC autographs. Been collecting for years. But these new holograms look fishy. If they don’t accompany a certificate with same hologram attached to comic itself it doesn’t seem kosher. The original hologram when Stan was around looks similar to this but does not have a black ring around the hologram. First picture is the hologram in question. This person on EBay seems to be selling autographed photos with the “excelsior” tag also which makes it seem even more FAKE.
