WINTER HAT alliance

Hello, Ive tried googling and wowhead says where to get the winter hat (from non dungeon bosses) is azurelode mines in hillsbrad. however, you can't kill them if you're alliance. is there a place like this for alliance or i just have to deal with dungeon bosses?
