Kimley Horn 401k

Not sure why everyone hates on Kimley-Horn in this subreddit. We just got our 401k match this year and it was over 20% of my salary. The match plus EOY cash bonuses (which are also matched) is a crazy benefit. I know it may take a couple years to get the full vest, but you would still come out ahead comparatively to other firms even if you don't stay for the full term. There's a reason recruiters and firm employees bring up all the time because it is THEE best 401k plan/benefit in the country. A young engineer out of college who sticks around will easily be a 401k millionaire in their 30s.

Bring on the downvotes, but what I said is a fact.
