Tips for weight loss.
Howdy mates,
I'm 27 year old dude who can only be classified as a fat ass. I've been trying hard to lose weight, but only gained it which means that I'm not working hard enough.
I don't eat much, but the nature of my work requires me to sit all night long (I work night shifts). I walk to my workplace which is about 5 KM away and takes about one hour and fifteen minutes (one hour if I'm in need for speed).
I was wondering if there are any safe meds and foods that will help me lose weight at a reasonable pace. I even went to a local gym for three months, but the trainer over there focused more on muscle gain than fat loss.
