Unique Miami activity for a group of 40-something women?

I'm planning a women's trip with my best friends to Miami and would love to organize something special for the group. We travel together yearly and always do something cool to remember the trip--e.g., in Paris we had a custom lipstick made for each of us.

We like just about everything (art, food/drink, dance, music, sports, wellness...) so no real constraints other than "not dorky." I really don't want to do something cheesy. Any suggestions?
