How's to live in Hangzhou

Hello! I've got a job offer to work as a football coach in Hangzhou starting on September. They are paying 12k before Tax +2500 housing.

Do you think you can make a living with that salary? I don't mean a super fancy one, but some standards of living. I'm currently gaining 2k€ in Spain, so I'd like to know.

Besides the money, I've heard it's a good city to live there. Any opinions, advices, hints....?
