UK chef's knife help - stupid Brexit edition

Afternoon all, I'm a hobby chef looking for a new Japanese knife in the £100-£150 range. Thanks to some 'intelligent' folks, Brexit has now made it extremely difficult to find most of the knives on the flowchart at a reasonable price.

I'm after a gyoku or santoku style, either carbon or stainless, 21cm/24cm.

I've landed on the Sakai Takayuki 45-Layer Damascus Mirrored Japanese 210mm Santoku which I've found a site selling for £130.

Should I pull the trigger? Is this a reasonable price for this knife? Does anyone have any recommendations for similar knives? (that are actually available in the UK)

This is about the only one I could find from the sheet in the £100 to £150 range that was actually in stock.
