Question: Does my cage fit me right?

I have come to a realization after wearing chastity cages on and off for a few years now that I do not actually know if my cage fits me right/well.

When I get hard, the whole cage sorts of tilts and shift forwards, cinching up my balls even more to the point it gets uncomfortable after a while. So I have a few questions.

Am I wearing too large of a ring size? Is the cage suppose to be sort of hugging/close to your body even when you get hard? Does the cage style effect this?
