Advice, help, good wishes

My cat sora just got diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease and anemia she's not eating has high WBC... won't drink water. This all happened SO FAST. she's 13 I'm devastated and can't stop crying. Anything anyone can tell me to make her better??
