Hey guys, I really need some advice and help. I live in a garden style apartment complex. There were two stray cats who are adorable and I’ve had been letting food out for them to eat because I felt bad. I have already gotten in trouble by my landlord, who gave me a warning and told me to stop doing this. This was just two days ago that my landlord called me, and since then I have stopped feeding the cats. Today I heard a loud banging on my door, but was in the bathroom so couldn’t answer it. I see a note from a neighbor saying “please stop feeding the stray cats. I come home from work and there’s a cat in the doorway. I don’t think you understand what you have started. “

I just want to say, I understand my neighbors frustration, I get it. I was in the wrong for feeding the stray cats. But now, unfortunately, the cats have formed a habit of coming around my apartment. Please tell me what I could do so that they don’t come around anymore. do I just wait a week and they will go away on their own? I can’t adopt them because they are feral.
