How to get cats to switch back to cooked after eating raw

Hi! I’m extremely terrified of the bird flu and my cats getting sick from eating raw. I fell for the marketing and didn’t listen to the science of eating raw. BUT now i’m trying to switch them back by gently cooking viva raw (they grind the bones down to sand texture so i think it’s safe to cook) and they will not eat it. It’s the same food they’ve been eating for months but now because i cooked it they’re acting like im feeding them garbage 😭

any suggestions/recommendations are greatly appreciated!!

also im not getting into the debate about feeding raw so thank you in advance from refraining from that. i’m not losing my girls to bird flu because a few things MAY BE better for them by feeding raw.
