My cat just got neutered....

So my cat got fixed. He got his paw caught in his collar and he flipped out. Got his paw out and got him our of the crate and he just exploded. Kicking. Throwing himself down. Panicking. So I took it off. He has pee all over himself. :( so I think maybe he's trying to clean that up but he keeps going to clean his legs. He licked once on his incision and stopped and stared off in space. His brother has gone through this and he's not leaving his side. So maybe he'll help him. But we got cat wipes to help him. I just dunno what to do. :( what can I do?
