Oxalate dumping

I got this (see picture 1) when I did Keto about half a year ago. I recently switched to carnivore. Now it came back but it's not as bad (see picture 2). It's pretty itchy but not nearly as bad as the first time this happened. Athletic performance has been pretty good doing carnivore after getting more accustomed to fat and protein. Skin got better but now has turned a little worse since getting these bruises/rashes a couple of days ago.

Personally, I think my body is adjusting and dumping bad stuff. Certainly I think more clearly since doing carnivore.

My diet is 8 pasture eggs and 200g of bacon at 11 am. And at 3 pm 500-750g of ground beef or steak.

I used to weigh 90kg. Since doing keto/carnivore I've lost 8kg. 195cm in height.
