What are "Total Financed Aftermarket Items" on Car Deal Used Car Cost Breakdown?

Working on a buying a used car with low miles from a dealership. Saw "Total Financed Aftermarket Items" on the cost breakdown. Can anyone help? Also, is this standard for a "used" car sale (as opposed to buying a new car from a dealership)? Thanks!
