I bought this rifle new a few weeks ago and I love it but I have found myself spending more time trying to fix it than actually enjoying it on the range. I have had a few problems and when I manage to fix one, another rises. The manual is not helpful, the manfacturers do not pick up their phone and I've sent two emails to them as requested and still no response. I'm beginning to doubt anyone is in the office. My local gunsmith doesn't know the gun at all so I'm not sure if I should waste my time with him either.

** Sidenote, I'm a complete beginner so unless someone shows me simply or I see it on a youtube video, I'm not very confident doing things myself **

Issue #1 - the PMAG M2 that came with the rifle won't take anything past the first round. I bought another identical mag and no luck with that one either. It does accept the CrossIndustries mag, which I totally love but now for some odd reason no matter what mag I put into it, the mag always drops out after each round. I make sure they are securely in and I pull down slightly to make sure as per the manual - but now they just drop out after each round. I don't know where to start or how to fix this?

Issue #2 - I don't know what I did but the pistol grip is loose now. Can anyone recommend a better grip and/or guide me on how to tighten it, new install etc?

Also - any recommendations for a bipod or some type of setup for the range?

(Other issues that took me hours to fix include the bolt constantly jamming when I would reassemble the rifle as well as the bolt release not working when a mag is in place). Both fixed but issues 1 & 2 remain.

When it works - it is fantastic!! I can confirm I have primed the gun, had it greased where it ought to be and I also managed to get all the screws tightened - I was shocked to see how loose many of them were.

Any suggestions (apart from ditching it) are all very welcome. (As per custom I made sure my feet were in the picture but looking at it I realize my mat seriously needs a vacuum).

**Update**- thanks to all for the comments. Kodiak finally answered their phone and I got some good help plus a new magazine catch they sent out to me. Apparently the one I had was rounded when I bought it so that was why the mags kept falling out or wouldn't reload. I also had a gunsmith replace the nylon for a brass bushing from TNA, double check the new stock and grip I replaced - he also used loctite on everything also verifying the gas block and all the other screws. I don't know why everything was loose from the beginning. To bring it back to normal I think I spent close to 300$ more (including parts and gunsmithing since I don't have a vice and wanted complete peace of mind).
