In-Ear pro for hunting?

I use my Tavor 7 for hunting (with a 5 round mag). It's accurate enough, balances fantastic for standing shots and being semi-auto, an immediate followup shot is there is needed. (I hate making an animal suffer.)

But I can't wear my usual enhanced muff style hearing protection without drastically raising the scope.

Any recommendations for in-ear hearing pro that has enhancement? Bonus points if they are attached with a cord to prevent loss.
