Hinge for built in closet doors

Hoping this is the right subreddit.

I have been refinishing the doors for a built in closet and lost some hinges. I can’t seem to find similar hinges or suitable replacements. The doors are inset and I want the hinge to be hidden. Here is a photo of where the door is mounted to the closet. Appreciate any help!
