What surprised you most about menopause?

I feel like menopause is full of surprises, and not all of them are fun. For me, it’s the random aches and pains that seem to pop up out of nowhere. What’s been the most unexpected thing you’ve dealt with? Let’s talk about it because I know I’m not the only one!
