Complicated but cheap

Does anyone have a sets from any brand that takes a long time but isn’t too expensive? I can’t afford legos big sets but they “small” sets only take maybe an hour to build and I want something I can take a while on without having to slow myself down. Don’t really care what it looks like but would probably prefer a building or landscaping some kind. Any suggestions?
