How i should I choose to upgrade my PC?

Hi everyone, I’m planning to upgrade my PC and have two configurations in mind. Here's my current setup:

I’m aiming for a big performance leap, primarily to play grand strategy games.

I have a budget of around $2,000. What do you recommend?
