Difference between the different DDR5 Ram

I'm looking at 2x16 DDR5 ram on pc part picker and there's so many different options it's quite overwhelming. I know there are different speeds but, why are some twice the speed and the same price? Is it purely aesthetics? and would I ok going with the cheaper option if it's the same speed?
