Is my current PSU (PowerSpec 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze ATX Semi-Modular) compatible with 4070 ti super?

Hey everyone, planning on upgrading from 2060 super to 4070 ti super. My PSU has two 6+2-pin connectors for graphics, but there's only one PCIe slot on it. I'm thinking it should work out alright, but I've seen some advice floating around about using two separate cables from the PSU to plug into the GPU instead of just one cable that splits to connect both ports on the GPU.

Not totally sure if I've got that right or if it's necessary in my case. Could someone help me clear this up and let me know if I am good to go with my current PSU? Much appreciated, thanks!
