Asus TUF Gaming X670e-plus or MSI MPG B650 Carbon?
Alright so I'm kind of losing my mind trying to pick the better one at this point. I'm going to pair it with a 7800X3D.
On one hand I like the Asus board, but I've been reading about people having issues with them such as the boards burning CPUs or long boots.
On the other hand the MSI isn't really future-proof, meaning I won't be able to just upgrade my GPU once the PCIe 5.0 GPUs start coming out.
For reference - I'm coming from an MSI board, which I actually kinda like. But it's a pretty old Intel board, so it may not really be a good reference for this. I've also been searching for an MB with plenty of USB ports, so at this price point I don't really see an alternatives from other manufacturers. Also - I dont really care about the looks of the board or RGB features. Also WiFi is not that important for me, since I mostly intend to use internet via a cable, however it'd sure be nice to have a proper working WiFi just in case.
Could you please help me pick the better one of the two?
