I'm a current UMKC BA/MD Student- ask me questions!!
Congrats to everyone who got in!! Some of you might have seen my post from last year- I'm happy to answer questions here or via DM again. I know that there's a lot of misinformation about the program in general and that there isn't too much out there on the internet so I'm happy to answer any questions (though they'll just be from my experiences).
Also for people who didn't get in or who have gotten rejected from other schools, college admissions is genuinely a crapshoot and says nothing about your abilities or talents. I remember how stressful this process was when I applied and how every rejection felt like the end of the world. Trust me that once you start college, none of this will matter, and it is definitely possible to find happiness wherever you end up. A college can only take you so far- what matters is what you do with the opportunities that you are given. Rejection is just redirection!
