Rant 😂
Being a couch potato has been awful for my mental health.. II went to the gym a few times a week before breaking my foot and I literally just looked at myself in the mirror and omg. It’s been 13 weeks since I’ve done cardio and I can 1000% tell 😨 I know it’s a horrible thing to think negatively about yourself and I don’t do it often but when you’re unable to do stuff for the time being everything comes rearing to a head… iykyk 🫠 Also the post gym endorphins were unmatched! I was like “let’s go!!” 24/7 but now I just feel like a sack of potatoes 😅 I do upper body stuff once a week and I can see a difference in my arms but definitely not my abs anymore. I seriously cannot wait to be all better but I am going to miss this broken foot adventure in a weird way hahaha
