I had the weirdest nightmare and I feel terrible

I was at school and for some reason people kept finding stuff out about me. My likes, dislikes, my sexuality, EVERYTHING. And for some reason it gave me the most horrible feeling, because people were finding out I wasn't an NPC (something I like because it's a simple way to get through school). I still feel shaky half an hour after it. I know people will find it weird but I need some help.
