Framingham Commuter Rail Parking Question

I've seen a similar question from 3+ years ago. I wonder what's the situation like now?

I also know about the option of using Ashland station (with potentially better parking situation). But it's farther away from my home in Ashland than the Framingham one, it adds time to commute, and it means less trains options (there is a train originating from Framingham).

I'd be taking trains 2 weeks a months on business days. Looking to the trains schedule the ideal train would be the one originating from Framingham station at 8:04am. Any idea if I can reliably find a parking spot (for whole business day, let's say until 6-7pm) at the station or near by at 8am? What about private businesses in the area? Are any of them in the game? Any advice is very welcomed!

Looks like parking by the train station is the most stressful part of my upcoming routine itinerary :) I'd be ready to pay $6 or 8 (instead of the current MBTA's $4) to avoid that stress...
