Cost of living?(rent excluded)

Im pretty laid back ,I don’t drink or smoke and I don’t like parties. (I enjoy reading and watching movies, which is where I usually spend most of my money.)

How much would you say I need to live comfortably in Milan? (Meaning being able to go out for dinner with friends once a week, visit nearby places, museums etc.) How much does grocery cost? Transport and gym?
