Best short games with simple rules??

I have a weekly board game group, usually 4-7 people show up. We typically play one bigger game, about an hour long, then a few short games. (I’d rather spend less time on game setup and teaching complicated rulesets, and more time playing.)

What would be your go-to games for this type of group?
