Perm Quake or Buddha

I’m currently in the 2nd sea and I’m deciding on whether to get perm Buddha or perm quake. I already have perm light, so I don’t think grinding should be an issue. And I really like quake. But is Buddha really recommended for grinding 2nd and 3rd? Is it way better than light by a lot or only a little?
