Having a hard time adjusting

Our little guy has been to the vet and he's going blind/is mostly blind and I keep feeling guilty or worrying about his quality of life and wondering if there's something I could do to help him. I know it's not our fault, and the vet couldn't find anything wrong with him, but my OCD makes it hard for me to not feel stressed out for him as he struggles to adjust. Would love some advice or to hear from anyone else who's been there
