BO6 PC Performance vs MW3

Game doesn't look any better than the last one, yet with lower settings I get 100ish frames in most matches (even tiny maps like nuketown) vs almost locked 165fps in MW3. Any settings known for tanking performance or is this just an awfully optimised game?
