Escape from black site bug

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes when you get to the elevator, Adler just stands there and Marshal is nowhere to be found? Someone is supposed to pull you up, but it nothing happens don’t feel like restarting the mission pretty frustrating.

I just found out that you can go back to where the mines are laid down. Marshall seems to get caught in the whole process, blows up the mines, and then it’s all good to go!
