How to get my cat adjusted better? Please help

I have two cats one is a tabby and he is 15 and the other is a little void and she is 4. I just moved across the state so we were in the car for a while. It’s been a week and my little void still won’t come out of the bathroom. I’ve put food and water and her litter box in there but I can’t get her to come out. And if I try and pick her up she fights me and hides behind the toilet. My tabby cat took 0.2 seconds to adjust. Pretty much as soon as we got the couch up he just went and sat on it. I’m not sure what to do about my other cat I’m pretty worried. She peed on the floor today for the first time ever. I’ve bought some calming spray and some treats but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I just am very worried :/
