What do you think of this touring bike?

Hello! Planning on my first big tour next year, and wanted to get your opinion on this bike: https://www.oxfordbikeworks.co.uk/expedition

I don't know much (anything) about bikes, least of all the different parts. Do the components look ok? I'm UK/Europe based and not prepared to ship from the US, so please keep that in mind if suggesting alternatives!
