Update on my exercises.
I do 10 push ups, squats, sit ups and 10 second planks. I was 10 for every 3 days until Wednesday then reset back to 10 and then repeat until Saturday which is my rest I'm also trying to walk on my hands but that's not important No immediate changes in anything that matters. I have more muscle definitions which is nice. It's ridiculous but I wanted to impressive my strength faster
