Would appreciate advice for my pitchfork!

First time posting in this community… my cover band plays songs pretty evenly between Eb tuning and std.. plus several D or drop D. I have been using pitch shifting in a Zoom B1X and have moved to using EHS pitchfork but here’s the rub: all the little artifact noises that come out when the PF is engaged drive me crazy!

I’ve attached a pic of my little board. It feels like I’ve tried just about every position for the PF. Any advice on signal chain? Anyone else go nuts from the sounds out of a latched pitch shifter?
