Could use some eyeballs

Had a someone buy this card they say it arrived damaged with a crease. I asked to see picture of the mail itself and top loader and they were in perfect shape. I honestly believe it’s 2 different cards. I feel like I’m going crazy anyone out there have good eyes to see if these are the same. Their card is in red and on black table mine is in yellow and on the stand
