SoD RP party setup (companion spoilers)

I am planning my 2-nd SoD play this time with a good team. I am hard RP guy so only this matters to me to have interesting dialogues and interaction between companions or to have companion which add some depth to the story like eg Imoen in SoA. I was thinking about: Khalid, Corwin, Glint, Voghiln and Neera OR Imoen. Just because I found them interesting/ funny to me. M'Khiin is fantastic but I picked her for my evil team last time so I don't want have the same companion. I'm in love with Khalid so there's no space for Rasaad here. My question is can I pick Khalid alone without Jaheira? I'm also planning to get rid (or "accidentally" let die) one of the companions to get the space for spoiler companion at the end of the game. The second question is which lady add more depth to the story or good dialogues Neera or Imoen? Because I'm not sure which one of them choose in SoD.
