Hate housemates that do this shit

It's his turn to buy toiler paper after I bought the last 48 pack. He was repacking the bathroom TP storage and oh, what's that? There's only one left? Better put it back in the linen closet outside so I can feign ignorance and pretend I didn't know it was the last one so I don't have to buy more and my housemate will cave and buy the next one too!

I'm going to buy some and start keeping it in my room. I don't really have the space, but shit like this pisses me off. Like you're a full grown adult man and you don't want to buy TP when it's your turn to. He's extremely cheap (had issues with him not paying to fix the water for over a week) and likes to take advantage of my kindness and need to pee every 2 seconds.
