Before you consider/do your surgery

Hello all,

I am a 19 year old male who has been suffering from back pain for the last three years. Had an MRI done which showed severe degeneration in my L5/S1 and a herniation in my L4/L5. For the last three years, I had constant 24/7 nudging pain that became unbearable with sitting.

Even sleeping was a huge pain, and as a very active teenager and student, this took a huge mental and physical toll on me. It was honestly just extremely hard to focus on anything but my pain. Tried PT, went to "spine specialists" and surgeons who would tell me to stop going to the gym completely, never lift anything and that I have the back of a 60 year old. Their treatment would be painkillers and muscle relaxants, which did not do much either.

However, I stumbled across this program on Instagram called "Limitless" by Whealth. It is a 2-4 month program which focuses on getting you pain-free in ALL your body (primarily focuses on back pain though). At first I was reluctant, but you can book a free 15 minute consultation to see if the program is a right fit for you. I spent around 3 months debating whether I should try it out or if it would be another failed attempt. At this point, It felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel. The way I thought about it is "If this does not work, I am never spending another penny on my back again." and honestly price wise, it is nothing compared to PT. Their reviews were overwhelmingly positive, almost seemed too good to be true.

I decided to hop on the program and fast forward a month later I'd say my pain dropped from a 9/10 to a 2/10 and my tightness dropped from a 10/10 to 4/10. Keep in mind I am only about half-way through the program.

The founders of the program themselves have all experienced severe cases of back pain as well, with the founder Andrew overcoming a 10MM disc hernation himself. This is quoted from their website:

" Andrew “The Shirtless Dude” Dettelbach suffered a 10mm disc herniation of his L4/L5 and experienced severe pain and limitation. He went the medical route- was told he needed surgery- went through physical therapy and an injection without relief. He refused surgery and rehabbed himself taking a full-body approach. His programs have since helped 22,000+ people get out of pain. "

If you have lost all hope, I'd at least consider taking a look at their page/website. I have nothing to gain from this, nor did they ask me to do this. This subreddit is just overwhelmingly depressing and rightfully so; if you even look at my page you would see me ranting on an older post on this subreddit. They have a 30 day money-back guarantee, so even if you feel like it is not for you, you could always get a refund. I will link their website and Instagram down below:

I hope everyone in this subreddit overcomes their pain as soon as possible. Do not lose hope.
